HOW THE PROGRAM WORKS
- It’s credited at closing, reducing your out-of-pocket expenses.
- Commission is negotiable but our average buyers agent commission is 3%
Example 1:
Buying a $400,000 home → Our 3% commission = $12,000 with 6 years served = $720 credit at closing
Example 2:
Buying a $400,000 home → Our 3% commission = $12,000 with 20 years served = $2,400 credit at closing
